Fund Purpose
Provides scholarships for graduating high school seniors of Harrison County who are accepted into and attend an accredited public or private institution, and plan to pursue a degree in education.

Fund History
Rita Windell, daughter of Talmage and Margaret Wise Windell, established this scholarship fund through her estate plans. Rita especially wanted to honor her sister, Ann Windell Young, who taught for many years in the Seymour Community Schools.
