The Universal Scholarship Application is now open!

Adult Scholarships

Since 2013, the HCCF Adult Scholarship Program has assisted Harrison County adult residents twenty-five years and older in completing a bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or certificate training program.  Scholarships are intended for students who have not earned any post-secondary degree (associate's, bachelor's, master's). Scholarship funds are not awarded to obtain additional certifications or diplomas or to pay for college debt.

Annual awards do not exceed $5,000 per person in any twelve month period and recepients must use funding awarded in less than twelve months.  Scholarship awards can be used for tuition, course-related fees, or books only and payment
will only be made directly to an educational institution or certified training provider.

Subsequent awards will only be considered for students maintaining at least a 2.5 GPA.  In addition to financial support, awardees may be assisted in identifying other resources to help them achieve their academic or career goals.

Three application deadlines: March 31, June 30, and October 31.
