About Becki Romans 
Becki Romans is the Executive Director of Mission Advancement for the Conventual Franciscan Friars, Province of Our Lady of Consolation.  Becki was born in Surrey, England but has lived in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area for over 30 years.    She began her nonprofit career as a Social Worker, but quickly became involved in leadership positions which always included fundraising.  As this was a great fit, she accepted her first fundraising position as Vice President of Development with the Center for Courageous Kids in Western Kentucky in 2006.  With over 28 years of non-profit experience, she has directed several non-profits to grow their fundraising to new levels and achieve success in both annual and capital campaigns.  Becki transitioned to executive leadership six years ago and finds joy in leading and motivating a team of employees in working holistically to help the Franciscans achieve success in their diverse missions throughout the US and overseas.  Becki currently lives in Georgetown, Indiana with her husband Randy and two of her four children.
