Planning With Purpose: Estate & Financial Strategies for Thoughtful Giving
In this free estate planning seminar, Amanda Janssen of Artisan Wealth Management and Bridget Cantrell of CLLB Law will discuss how thoughtful legal and financial strategies can protect the people and causes you care about most.
They will begin by acknowledging some pain points women especially have:
- Being the “Sandwich Generation” – caring for aging parents and supporting children at the same time.
- Fear of outliving their spouse or partner – becoming the sole decision maker and all that entails
- Unexpected illness or disability – fear of becoming a burden
- Divorce, separation or suddenly becoming single – rebuilding finances, reentering the workforce, managing money alone
- Lack of clarity about documents – beneficiary designation, trust, will, what do you really need
- Retirement readiness – how to save while supporting kids or parents
- Wanting to leave a legacy – what to give, how to give, how to be fair
This seminar will highlight practical tools to help make informed decisions about wealth, generosity, and long-term plans. The seminar is open to everyone but is of special interest to women.
Participants must register to attend.
