Corydon, Ind. (October 3, 2025) – The Harrison County Community Foundation (HCCF) invites representatives of nonprofits serving Harrison County to attend an upcoming grant workshop on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 3:30 pm to 5 pm at the HCCF office: 1523 Foundation Way NE, Corydon, Indiana 47112.

The Foundation recommends nonprofits in Harrison County planning to apply for grant funding attend. This workshop, presented by Anna Curts, Grants Manager at HCCF, will focus exclusively on navigating the Foundation’s new grant application system, GOapply. HCCF is transitioning to a new platform to streamline and improve the application process. Questions and required information remain unchanged.

Please note, this workshop is neither a grant writing workshop nor an opportunity to ask specific nonprofit organization grant questions. If you have specific nonprofit organization grant questions, contact Anna Curts at annac@hccfindiana.org or (812) 738-6668 to schedule a one-on-one meeting.

As a reminder, nonprofits and other entities seeking grant funding through the Foundation must have at least one current board member who has completed an HCCF-approved nonprofit board governance training. HCCF’s Board Governance Training is open to any board member, staff member, or volunteer serving a nonprofit in Harrison County and is designed to improve nonprofit sustainability within the county. The last board governance training of 2025 will take place on October 21, 2025. Register at hccfindiana.org/events.

Nonprofits serving Harrison County can learn more about eligibility requirements and apply for grants at hccfindiana.org/grants. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
