Corydon, Ind. (August 10, 2026) - The Harrison County Community Foundation (HCCF) is seeking interested candidates to refill the Endowment Manager position due to an internal promotion. This position plays an essential role in the management of the endowment program, with a focus on providing support and resources to nonprofits and agencies who hold endowment funds with HCCF. Currently, HCCF has over 375 endowment funds.

The Endowment Manager is responsible for providing support and resources to nonprofit organizations and agencies that hold endowment funds with the Foundation. The position spearheads the process of ensuring each endowment fund fulfills its intended purpose. Additional responsibilities include supporting nonprofit sustainability initiatives, maintaining and strengthening relationships with fundholders, and keeping fundholder contact information current in the database.

A bachelor’s degree is required, and at least 3 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector is preferred. Prior experience working with donors and using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tracking software are preferred. Strong connections within Harrison County, Indiana, are preferred.
