Kim Carter Promoted to Scholarship Manager
Corydon, Ind. (July 8, 2026) - The Harrison County Community Foundation (HCCF) recently promoted Kim Carter to the role of Scholarship Manager. In this role, Kim will manage the scholarship program for both high school graduates and adult learners, collaborating with high school counselors, principals, and superintendents. She will also serve as the primary point of contact for all scholarship recipients and will oversee the processing of scholarship payments.
This position also coordinates the Youth Philanthropy Council (YPC) as part of the Leadership Harrison County Youth Leadership Program, which provides high school students with an opportunity to learn more about philanthropy.
Since mid-January 2023, Kim has been serving as the Endowment Manager for HCCF, working directly with individuals and agencies that hold endowment funds at the Foundation. Kim will continue to manage endowments until a new Endowment Manager is announced.
