Join us on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at noon for a workshop on Taking Your Nonprofit to the Next Level led by Farrah Ferriell, the Owner and Managing Director of Grow, LLC, as we dive into nonprofit strategies to strengthen nonprofit leadership, and help grow your organization.
The Fundraisers Group is free and open to any staff, volunteer, or nonprofit organization with fundraising responsibilities located in Harrison County or provides services within Harrison County.
About Farrah Ferriell | CFRE, CPC, ELI-MP
Farrah Ferriell is the Owner and Managing Director of Grow, LLC, a boutique firm dedicated to strengthening nonprofit leadership and financial sustainability. She also serves as Executive Director of Philanthropic Fundraising, a capital campaign firm in Metro D.C.
With nearly 30 years in the nonprofit sector, Farrah has worked across diverse missions, from the arts and humanities to human and behavioral health services. She spent a significant part of her career at Volunteers of America, leading External Relations. To date, she has helped nearly 40 organizations raise over $330 million.
As a certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Farrah coaches nonprofit executives on positive leadership, culture transformation, and career advancement. She holds graduate degrees from Western Kentucky University in Folk Studies and Women’s Studies.
Based in Louisville, KY, Farrah enjoys life with her teenage daughter and two English Pointers sister-pups.
